What Link Auto Buyers is

Link Auto Buyers is an independent buyer-side automotive advisory and consulting service. We are not a dealership, vehicle seller, lender, insurer or auto broker, and we are not a party to any vehicle purchase, lease, financing or trade-in transaction.

We accept no commissions from dealerships or backend product providers. Our compensation comes only from the client.

Advisory only

All final decisions about vehicle selection, pricing, financing terms, trade-in value and contract execution remain yours. Any pricing analysis, opinion or recommendation we provide is advisory.

Except for the Deal Review savings guarantee described below, we do not guarantee specific savings, vehicle availability, dealer responses, financing approval or trade-in values.

Deal Review savings guarantee

The $350 Deal Review carries a limited money-back guarantee: if our review of the dealer quote, buyer's order or worksheet you submit does not identify at least $500 in savings compared with the deal as presented to you, we refund the $350 fee in full.

The guarantee applies to identified savings, not to savings you ultimately realize. It requires that you submit a complete, legible and current dealer quote, buyer's order, worksheet or lease sheet, and it does not apply if the deal is withdrawn or materially changed by the dealership before our review is delivered. A refund request must be made in writing within 30 days of delivery of the review.

This guarantee applies only to the Deal Review package. No other service carries a savings guarantee, and no service guarantees financing approval.

Financing

Link Auto Buyers does not provide financing. We review and compare financing offers provided to you by dealers or lenders.

Submitting a form

Submitting a form on this site does not create a binding service agreement. A separate written engagement agreement is provided before any paid service begins.

You warrant that the information you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for outcomes that result from inaccurate or incomplete information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Link Auto Buyers, its owners, employees and affiliates are not liable for claims, damages or losses arising from any transaction, dealership interaction, mechanical condition of a vehicle, financing arrangement or third-party service provider.

Fees

Retail package fees are flat and stated up front: Deal Review $350, Deal Negotiation $1,000 and Full Concierge $2,000. Classic, commercial/fleet and high-line vehicle work is quoted per project.
