What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the vehicle you are considering, trade-in details, budget or payment targets, notes, and any documents you upload such as a dealer quote or buyer's order.

We also record basic marketing information with each submission — the page you landed on, the page you submitted from, the referring website, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked.

How we use it

Your information is used only to respond to your request and to provide buyer-side advisory services. Submissions are reviewed personally by our team.

We may share limited details with a dealership, lender or service provider when that is necessary to carry out the work you asked for — for example, requesting a quote on the vehicle you specified. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Documents you upload

Quotes, buyer's orders and worksheets are stored privately and are accessed only by Link Auto Buyers. Please cover or remove Social Security numbers, driver's-license numbers, bank-account numbers and other sensitive personal data before uploading. You can ask us to delete an uploaded document at any time.

Communication

By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or telling us directly.

Analytics

We use standard website analytics to understand which pages and campaigns bring visitors to the site. These tools may set cookies. They are used for measurement only.
