Just need help purchasing fleet units

You already know the spec. We find the units, work the pricing, and manage the paperwork so your crew stays on the job instead of sitting in a dealership.

Turnkey: sourcing, upfit coordination, and exterior wrap with SmartWrap

One point of contact from the day you decide you need a truck to the day it rolls out wrapped, shelved, and ready to dispatch. We source the chassis or van, coordinate the upfitter for shelving, racks, lifts, compressors, lighting, and equipment, then hand off to SmartWrap for your exterior wrap, lettering, and branding.

Source the vehicle

We define the spec with you, locate or order the right chassis, van, or truck, and negotiate the purchase.

Coordinate the upfit

Shelving, ladder racks, service bodies, cranes, lift gates, compressors, lighting, and equipment mounting — scheduled and tracked through the upfitter.

Wrap with SmartWrap

Exterior wrap, partial wrap, lettering, and license branding handled through SmartWrap so the unit leaves ready to work.

Link is not a licensed dealer, lender, insurer, upfitter, wrap installer, or party to any vehicle purchase, sale, financing, upfit, or wrap transaction.

All final decisions regarding vehicle selection, pricing, financing terms, credit approval, upfit specification, wrap design, and contract execution are the sole responsibility of the client. Link does not guarantee any specific savings, vehicle availability, build slot, upfit or wrap timeline, dealer response, credit line approval, or financing approval. Any estimates, opinions, or recommendations provided are advisory only.

Upfit and exterior wrap work is performed by independent third-party providers, including SmartWrap. Those providers contract directly with the client and are solely responsible for their own workmanship, materials, scheduling, and warranties. The client agrees to hold Link Auto Buyers, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from any transaction, dealership interaction, mechanical condition of any vehicle, financing arrangement, or third-party service provider.

Submission of this form does not create a binding service agreement. A separate engagement agreement will be provided prior to any paid service. Client information is kept confidential and used only to service the request.

Privacy Disclosure

The information you provide is collected only to respond to your request and provide our fleet sourcing, upfit coordination, and wrap coordination services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with unrelated third parties. Your details may be shared with dealerships, lenders, upfitters, or SmartWrap only as needed to assist with your specific request.
